We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales Executive to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional homes to our clients. RNL Homes is a premier home building company known for its commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and client satisfaction. Our goal is to build not only beautiful homes but also lasting relationships with our homeowners. As a Sales Counselor, you will be the face of RNL Homes, playing a crucial role in the home-buying experience by engaging with prospective buyers and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet walk-ins and tour them through model homes, using active listening and feedback to understand their needs.
  • Generate new leads through various sources, including community events, realtor conferences, face-to-face marketing, and follow-up on company marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain communication with customers, provide updates, and answer questions throughout the sales cycle to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Prequalify buyers, schedule appointments and introduce them to other RNL Sales Counselors who will assist in finalizing the contract. You will then continue as the main point of contact for the buyer until closing.
  • Accurately input leads and customer information into the CRM system, logging all calls and updates to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Guide buyers through the home design, planning, and construction process, ensuring their needs are met from start to finish.
  • Stay informed about competitors' offerings, pricing, and market conditions to provide insights and feedback to the team.
  • Work closely with area realtors, contractors, and other RNL Sales Counselors to provide cross-selling opportunities and expand reach within the market.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the home building or real estate industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and tracking customer interactions.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to tour prospective buyers.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to business professional attire.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team.


Schedule:

  • Wednesday through Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
