As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, providing them with an exceptional experience as they explore our model homes. Your warm and friendly demeanor will set the tone for their visit, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about the unique features and benefits of our homes.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors to our model homes with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide detailed information about the homes, community, and RNL Homes' building process.
- Conduct guided tours of the model homes and quick-move-in homes, highlighting key features and answering any questions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the model and quick-move-in homes to ensure they are always show-ready.
- Assist in gathering visitor information and feedback to help improve our customer experience.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with prospective buyers.
- Participate in community events and open houses to promote RNL Homes and attract potential buyers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in real estate, hospitality, or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a neat and organized environment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends to accommodate prospective buyers' visits.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the real estate industry is preferred, but not required.
